We are a new agency, and we are proud of that. We have not inherited outdated methods, complacent practices, or a backlog of cases that push new clients to the bottom of the pile. Every client who comes to us right now receives our full attention, direct contact with their investigator from day one, and a level of care that only a motivated agency at the start of its journey can offer. Our Story ## Why We Started Our founder spent years observing a gap in the UK market — clients who were paying significant sums to agencies that treated them as case numbers, received little to no communication during their investigation, and were handed reports that fell short of what they had been promised. Imperial PI exists to do it differently. Transparent pricing. Regular updates. Honest assessments of what is and is not achievable. And above all, results that actually hold up — whether that is in a family court, a boardroom, or simply giving someone the personal closure they have been looking for. Our Capabilities ## What We Bring Our work is built on current investigative methods, the latest surveillance technology, and strict compliance with UK law and GDPR at every stage. We operate nationwide and handle cases across personal, corporate, legal, and insurance sectors. ✓ We do not take on cases we cannot deliver on ✓ We do not make promises we cannot keep ✓ We do not disappear once a contract is signed Why Choose Us ## The Opportunity in Working With Us Now Being an early client of Imperial PI is not a risk — it is an advantage. You will work directly with our founder, receive dedicated attention that larger and busier agencies simply cannot offer, and benefit from pricing that reflects a firm still building its reputation rather than coasting on it. The agencies with the longest client lists are not always the best. They are just the ones who have been around longest. We are here to earn our reputation, one case at a time — and that means your case matters more to us than it ever would at an agency where you are just another file.
